2.2 Account Registration:
- Users must create an account to access certain features of the Platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities occurring under your account.
2.3 Prohibited Activities:
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Interfere with the Platform’s operation or compromise its security.
3. Services and Bookings
3.1 Role of QuickBooking:
QuickBooking acts as a platform connecting Customers and Service Providers. We are not a party to any agreement or transaction between Customers and Service Providers.
3.2 Booking Process:
- Customers can browse, check availability, and book services directly through the Platform.
- Service Providers are responsible for updating their availability and ensuring the accuracy of their listings.
3.3 Payments:
- All payments are processed through QuickBooking’s secure payment system.
- Service Providers agree to pay applicable platform fees for bookings made through the Platform.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the Service Providers and outlined in their listings.
- Customers must review and accept the Service Provider’s policies before booking.
- QuickBooking is not responsible for disputes regarding cancellations or refunds.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 User-Generated Content:
Users may upload content, such as images, reviews, or descriptions, to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant QuickBooking a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content for the operation and promotion of the Platform.
5.2 Intellectual Property:
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform are owned by QuickBooking or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any materials without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
QuickBooking provides the Platform “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickBooking is not liable for:
- Losses arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
- Disputes between Customers and Service Providers.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold QuickBooking harmless from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from:
- Your breach of these Terms.
- Your use of the Platform.
- Your interactions or agreements with other users.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
9. Modifications to the Terms
QuickBooking may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
